PREFACE
This policy introduces all actions and measures EXOFOOD is implementing to reinforce its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy. It outlines our values, convictions, and environmental commitments. Our main goal is to find innovative and pragmatic solutions to create value for all our clients. They recognize us through our commitments to management, business relationships, logistics, quality, optimization, and our capacity to source new products. Our objective is to create solutions through good, trustworthy relationships with all women and men within our company, suppliers, and clients in all the sectors of the economy in which we operate. Due to the social, environmental, and economic challenges facing industry and logistics, EXOFOOD has developed a strong network of engaged specialists willing to find sustainable and environmentally-friendly solutions since 1999. This policy defines EXOFOOD’s expectations in terms of ethics, corruption, human and labor rights, discrimination, health and safety of individuals, and environmental conservation. Those commitments are paving the way to ensure ethical and sustainable business relationships in accordance with all international and national laws, such as the Global Compact, the International Labor Organization (ILO) or any other agreement or declaration applicable. The publication of this policy allows EXOFOOD to exchange and share the best CSR practices with its partners and, more generally, to create a set of guidelines with all stakeholders. Each partner is encouraged to familiarize themselves with this policy and apply it within their organization and to all of its stakeholders. Community spirit is a fundamental part of our identity, and we firmly believe that people are our most valuable asset. EXOFOOD and its suppliers and partners are committed to respecting human rights, laws, and environmental rights. We combat corruption, forced or child labor, harassment, and all kinds of discrimination. We also provide competitive pay and respectful working hours and guarantee everyone’s safety. EXOFOOD chooses and values its suppliers based on different criteria, such as the respect of commitments, price, quality, performance, and deadlines. All these criteria are essential when we make our purchasing decisions. EXOFOOD is committed to respecting all our partners’ social and legal environment. This includes non-interference in their operations unless they conflict with our underlying principles.

COMMITMENT AT WORK
EXOFOOD encourages permanent contracts for all staff members and offers attractive advantages. We give each employee a clear mission that allows them to be innovative, proactive, creative, and resourceful. Each employee can contribute to the company’s evolution using an open dialogue by developing ideas, through project management, about product diversification and new business opportunities with suppliers, service providers, and clients. EXOFOOD ensures a safe, ergonomic, and comfortable workplace within spacious, bright, and soundproof facilities. A separate breakroom with all the necessary equipment is available for all employees. Everyone can ask for appropriate tools and equipment to ensure the most comfortable workplace. We follow work safety norms scrupulously. We are committed to implementing preventive measures to avoid accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards by providing safety equipment in good working order. We are committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all our employees, free from any form of violence, harassment (physical, moral, or sexual), or intimidation. In the event of misconduct, we apply the disciplinary measures provided for by current legislation.
SERVICE STANDARDS

Quality of service
EXOFOOD is committed to respecting fundamental sustainable purchasing practices in accordance with regulations and integrating sustainable development principles into its relations with its partners. We select all suppliers and service providers based on their professionalism, competitiveness, and the balance between their products and our specifications. We are committed to ensuring our partners' sustainable development activities are considered and promoted in our purchasing processes. We are aware of our role as a socially responsible player. We consider the operating contexts of our partners (geographic, economic, political) and work to contribute to the development of the countries in which we do business. We encourage local economic growth by working with local companies and suppliers. We are committed to proceeding with payments within the requested delays and to paying all our suppliers and service providers in accordance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.
The payment terms for our suppliers are also part of our CSR policy. We are committed to respecting payment deadlines and paying our suppliers in accordance with contractual and legal provisions.

Privacy policy
Our suppliers, service providers, and clients are key to our shared success. Our relationship is based on trust and mutual respect. We deliver our services with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of all information and results. We ensure that no documents relating to a requested project may be disclosed to a third party without the client's prior written authorization. We safeguard all physical or numerical information, utilizing all available measures such as raising awareness, non-disclosure agreements, and anonymization. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed by clients if they request it. The agreement will remain in effect indefinitely, even after the contract ends.
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by optimizing our supply chain. In the regions where we operate, we promote waste management optimization. We encourage our suppliers and service providers to obtain environmental certifications and labels.
Around these environmental challenges, we aim for our actions to align with an approach that preserves natural resources and ecosystems, providing high value-added expertise to our service providers and their activities in the regions.

Notification system
We expect our partners to notify all relevant authorities and clients when they encounter a problem. This includes all types of incidents, suspected or confirmed rule violations, delays, shortages of raw materials, or any other challenges that could jeopardize business operations or product quality. Any discrepancy in product quality must be documented as a non-conformity, clearly stating the cause of the incident and the corrective actions required. We are committed to being proactive to help implement actions and ensure they are correctly carried out during our audits.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
We are aware of our environmental impact and strive to minimize it by implementing sustainable management practices, prioritizing low-carbon measures, and positive actions. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by optimizing our logistics (road and maritime transportation). We encourage all business partners wherever we operate to reduce their waste. We appreciate and value all efforts and certifications related to environmental sustainability. We aim to incorporate sustainable practices concerning these environmental challenges that contribute to preserving natural resources and ecosystems and utilize the valuable expertise of our suppliers and partners in their activities and local areas.
